  • Look at these countries as allies
  • Allow independence to Puerto Rico once population gets to be 4.2 million
  • Have more students learn in countries like Costa Rica or Panama
  • Help these countries develop
Asia
  • Help Russia with human rights and to develop a democracy
  • Will not allow China to attack Taiwan
  • Increase relations with Japan
  • Will not allow travel or trade to Middle East until 15 years after war has ended
  • Strong support for Israel - donates money to support military
Europe
  • Strengthen relations with more European countries like Norway, Israel and Spain by trade
  • Make many European countries allies
  • Help smaller countries like Austria become just as powerful as larger countries
Other
  • Provide ideas to help poor countries
  • War is not our first option, try a peaceful option first
  • Only go to war if the other country starts it
  • Try to create more peace with enemies
  • Not allow any trade or travel to any communist or Muslim-dominant countries like China, Cuba, Pakistan, and Iran
  • Try and help 3rd-world countries so that they are not as poor as they were before
